Ordering Info

• Choose your product by clicking "Products". When you found the product you want, you can downloads design files in desired format (EPS/PDF) and create your own design.
• Use the "Place order form" to request a quotation and send us your design and remarks. (Your club or sponsor logos must be sent to us in the following vectorised formats: pdf .ai .eps. We cannot use JPEG or other types of files!). Minimum order is 30 pieces in total and with a minimum of ten pieces each article.
• Your distributor will contact you and send you the quotation and if you agree on the quantity etc a digital full colur sketch will be sent for your approval in one week. You have a chance to change your design two times before an extra design cost will be charged. (100euro/hour).
• Approve the design sketch from your distributor and place your order. Note that you need to order at least one sample of each style from your request, the cost for each sample is the same as for the normal production + 150,00 euro for the artwork cost of the total order. Provide your distributor with a 50% deposit with your sample request and order form.
• When the deposit is paid you will receive your samples in approximately two weeks.
• You have one chance to add quantities when you approve your samples.
• Once you have approved the samples it is 8-10 weeks of production time. We will let you know your order is ready and after final payment we will ship the order to you.

We want you to choose the right sizes. As an indication please see our size guide. We can also send sizing samples for you to try out. We will pay the postage to your address and you pay the return postage. Samples must be returned within 10 days. We reserve the right to invoice lost samples.
